I was there a few years ago, about 6AM on a Sunday morning. Very hot and humid for so early in the day. Cannot see the Rouge, reeds are about 3-4 ft. tall. Wonder what is with all the farm equipment, just rotting away all over the place.

Well the current owners apparently live like vagrants judging by the disarray of the property and the dilapidation of the roof seen in satellite photos. They obviously have no care for preserving history. They should sell the property to someone who would restore it to its prior glory instead of letting it rot and accumulate trash. Shame.

It is and always has been private property. Do you allow people to come through your house and take whatever they want?

The map, GPS co-ordinates, description, links, stories, etc., would seem to attract visitors. However, the property's current owner(s) discourage visitors with cameras and a sign, "Private Property - No Trespassing." A bulldozer blocks the driveway as it leads next to the house, so once entering the private driveway, there is no place to turn around, under the circumstances, except on the grass.
